A Legal Disclaimer

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Vaultd Cards ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Vaultd Cards mobile application, website, and all associated services, including our portfolio tracking, social features, and peer-to-peer marketplace (collectively, the "Services").

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

Acceptance and Eligibility

By creating an account, downloading the App, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Minimum Age: You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

User-Generated Content and Social Features

Vaultd Cards provides social functionality, including the ability to upload a profile avatar, follow other users, and engage in direct messaging.

License Grant: By uploading or posting any content (including but not limited to profile photos, collection images, or messages), you grant Vaultd Cards a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, and publicly display your content as necessary to provide and promote the Services.

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your content. However, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to anything you post and that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

Community Standards: You agree not to post content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or illegal. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these standards without prior notice.

Marketplace Policy and P2P Transactions

Vaultd Cards provides a digital venue (the "Marketplace") where users can list, sell, and purchase collectibles.

Role of Vaultd Cards: We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not act as an auctioneer, seller, or broker. We do not take physical possession of items, nor do we verify the authenticity or condition of any card listed.

Seller Obligations: Sellers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions and high-quality photos of items. By listing an item, you agree that you have the legal right to sell it and will fulfill the order promptly upon payment.

Fees and Payments: Marketplace payments are processed through Stripe Connect. By using the Marketplace, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Transaction fees and marketplace commissions are deducted automatically from the sale price.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding card condition, shipping, or authenticity must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller. Vaultd Cards is not obligated to mediate or provide refunds for marketplace transactions.

Pricing Data and Financial Disclaimer

Vaultd Cards utilizes automated systems to pull pricing data from third-party providers such as JustTCG and TCGCSV.

"As-Is" Data: All market prices, "Top Gainer" alerts, and portfolio valuations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or real-time nature of this data.

Investment Risk: The collectible card market is highly volatile. Vaultd Cards is not a financial advisor. Any decisions to buy, sell, or hold assets are made at your own risk. Vaultd Cards is not liable for any financial losses, "missed opportunities," or damages resulting from your reliance on app data.

"Ultra" Subscriptions and Refund Policy

The Vaultd Cards Ultra tier provides enhanced features, such as custom themes and advanced messaging.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

No Refunds: To the maximum extent permitted by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide credits or prorated refunds for partial months or unused features.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to Ultra features until that time.

Prohibited Conduct and System Integrity

To protect our data and our community, you agree not to:

Automated Access: You shall not use any "robot," "spider," or other automated means to scrape, crawl, or harvest data, user profiles, or pricing information from Vaultd Cards.

Off-Platform Trading: You shall not use the Services to solicit or complete a transaction outside of the Vaultd Cards Marketplace to circumvent fees.

Fraudulent Activity: You shall not engage in "shill bidding," misrepresent card conditions, or use the Services to facilitate money laundering or other illegal acts.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Vaultd Cards and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of $100.00.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaultd Cards and Vaultd Cards LLC from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
